The staff is very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions my husband and I had. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a nicer more efficient fireplace or grill.

The price was great and the customer service is unbeatable! The cooler shipped and arrived at our home in a timely manner and in perfect condition! Who else but Embers Fireplaces & Outdoor Living would come out during a tough snow day in Thornton, Colorado to meet an measurement and installation commitment date even if it meant working outside in the snow. Our fireplace was useless since we bought our home 5 years ago due to a crack in the chimney. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get a gas insert. When visiting their website, we had a great experience, dealing with both expertise and commitment. Within 2 days, a visit to our home was made, where measurements were done, a in depth review of options and thereafter within 60 minutes, our order was placed, with installation dates on the calendar. My wife and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with this amazing customer service-oriented team.

The salesmen were not only knowledgeable but extremely honest and helpful. We felt like they truly cared about helping us make the correct choice for our home, not just the most expensive choice. We love our new fireplace it fits the room perfectly and puts out a lot of heat! Not to mention it looks incredible!

He was so patient explaining everything to me and really helped me find the best fit for what I needed and at extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new fireplace.
