Embodied Potential Rolfing®

I’ve been going in to see Kaitlyn at Embodied Potential regularly for several months now and she’s definitely the best body worker I’ve experienced. I’ve endured periodic back pain after a car accident a few years ago and had found little progress with PT and other types of therapy. Applying a thorough understanding of body mechanics and Rolfing with what just seems like an intuitive gift, Kaitlin always has me walking out feeling like a new person. If you have high standards and are searching for something special, you just found it.

I had a mini session with Kait for neck and shoulder problems I’ve been having - she is a miracle worker!! I immediately felt relief and lighter, like a weight had been lifted from my neck and upper back at the end of the session. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and so fun to be around. Would highly recommend!

I recently finished a session 5 of the 10 series with Kaitlyn and so far it’s been a great experience. We are uncovering areas in my body I didn’t realize had holding patterns and I always feel better after my sessions. It’s a comfortable environment, she’s very professional and clearly loves what she does. Definitely give her a try if you’re looking for some powerful bodywork.
