  I say this without reservation or hesitation; buy your next Chevrolet from Medved. As a person whom has bought over 100 cars (I am not a dealer or broker) I have seen it all. Thus I am keenly aware of how dealers operate front to back and inside and out. Dominic and Sam were consummate professionals and remained amazingly patient with me. They treated me the with the utmost respect and never wavered from doing so even when I was pushing them for further discounts. They could have easily lost patience; yet they did not and remained steadfast with their professional demeanor. Furthermore their overall acumen (business, product knowledge and customer relations) was unmatched compared to the other Chevrolet dealers I dealt with regarding a possible deal. GM should take notice and use Medved as an example of exemplary customer service for other dealers to learn how it is done the right way; that is right Stevinson I am talking about you. Because of Sam and Dominic I purchased a Chevrolet instead of a Ram or Ford. Dominic was well versed in his product. He knew how to compare the three and swayed me toward Chevrolet. As I mentioned earlier I have owned many vehicles including Fords and Rams. I, too, am intimately familiar the three of them. He was spot on with his analysis. This meant more to me than the deal itself. Too often salesman wing it and I catch them misrepresenting their product. This never happened with Dominic. Medved adheres to their mantra and I will now say it “everyone says go to Medved.” I am now part of the “everyone.”
  
  As a person whom has bought 100 cars (I am not dealer or broker) I have seen it all and Medved is top tier in my book.

  Of all the car buying experiences I have had, this one ranks at the top. How many people can say they had fun buying a car? It should be an enjoyable experience so you should go to Medved.
  The sales and finance staff was top notch, no pressure - every interaction was genuine, helpful and not overbearing, not something you find from many other dealers around town. A sign of strong leadership.
