(February 5, 2019, 11:03 pm)Coffman & Co. installed the furnace in our home back in 1998. We bought the house in April 2016, and up until recently, the furnace seems to have had no problem. However, it started making noise a few months ago, so I hired my neighbor, who is a foreman at another Denver-area HVAC company, to give it a thorough cleaning and replace the capacitor. I hired him because he said he could do the work for cheaper than if I had hired a company to come out to my house. He sucked. I should have just gone with Coffman. These guys do solid work and they don't cost a fortune. The technician who inspected our furnace, Jean, diagnosed the problem right away. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I expected that the furnace would need a new motor and/or capacitor, but all it needed was a slight adjustment of a moving part inside the cabinet.
There's a reason these guys have been in business for so many years. Actually, there are probably many, but for me, it boils down to good customer service and reasonable fees. -

(January 21, 2019, 12:21 pm)My 82 year old mother needed help with her furnace. She pulled out an old phone book ( who uses those anymore) and found Coffman listed. Since they were close to her in Wheat Ridge, they responded shortly after she called. James was the technician that showed up. She explained to him what was happening and he told her he was fairly certain what the problem was. After explaining the charges, he immediately began the repair. James was able to make the repair, change the filter and inspect the furnace in about an hour. Mom was very pleased with the courteous and professional service that she received using Coffman.
