These guys are very personable and professional in all their dealings and work. They are personable and work at a very reasonable price.

I have been taking our vehicles to Nichols auto repair off and on since around 2005. They, including James, have been nice and have done quality work with no complaints whatsoever. I am sure anybody can come in with a grouchy attitude and maybe not get along with James or anybody else for that matter depending on their attitude for the day. All I know is that James has been very knowledgeable, nice and even is willing to work on your vehicle when you bring in your own parts. Either way, just like any auto service place, you are paying for a convenience and a knuckle-busting, dirty job that some would rather not do. Their prices are reasonable and I am willing to pay their hourly labor wage for knowledgeable, timely and quality service even when I could probably do the job myself. Give them a try! These guys are great. They fixed my transmission on my 2014 Ford F250 fast. They also did my brakes and wipers for me, which I already knew I needed, and gave me a free coolant flush which was a nice surprise. The guy at the front desk who helped me with my services knew his stuff for sure. I'll be back.
