Dr. Lance, Sandra NP and the supporting staff are amazing! We have been attending the practice for about 4 years. They take care of my 4 y/o and 1 y/o. There is great communication between the providers and staff to the patient (parent/ guardian). They are very fast with referrals and when needed can sometimes see you the same day! Bedside manner is gold standard! They will listen to your concerns and address them appropriately. Cyndi the office manager is always very helpful and accessible. The office uses a system called "spruce and TELE medicine is a great asset to the office especially when it is smaller simple questions!

As for CO-VID we were recently in and they have their system down to minimize exposure time to staff and patients of course. It was smooth, seamless and fast!

We absolutely love LYNK. If there were 10 star ratings, we would give them an 11! The staff is wonderful with our children. Highly recommend them if you're in search for a great clinic

Cant say enough about LYNK Pediatrics & Doctor Lance! He is available to us at any time and always takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with with our children. He is very kind and gentle. If you are in need of a pediatrician I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Lance and his great team. My family and I are relocating to Michigan and we will def be missing these folks and how wonderful they have been to our kiddos. I wish they could be with us as our family grows.

I read all the rave reviews about Dr. Lance and the staff at this practice. We had the pleasure of meeting him at one of our appointments and surely no complaints. I am writing this review because we primarily see Sandra Gilbert. She is incredibly patient and though I am a second time mom I am as anxious as a first time mom. She has been great with both of my kids and I am so glad we found this place. She knows her stuff! Thanks Sandra! Also I have dealt with a lot of the staff and they have all been great?

We absolutely love LYNK. Dr. Lance is absolutely amazing at what he does. The staff is wonderful and always so accommodating. I love that the practice is small and you can always get any questions answered very quickly. Dr Lance and Sandra have done so much for my family, always taking outstanding care of us. They are definitely the best!
