  This is a beatiful and clean place and Mr. Parrinello is a professional and helpful man same is the other gentleman and the Lady at the food bar. My brothers and Sisters and me are very happy with the way they treat us.

  I can not say enough good things in regards to the care we received. Bill Logan was beyond helpful through the whole process and treated us like family. Everyone that helped us was polite and understanding. I. A difficult this the staff at Crown Hill made so much easier on our family. Thank you so very much.

  I'm glad my mother came to rest here. Everyone here including Ralph John and Jeff did an awesome job. They were very professional and caring. I would recommend to anyone to use Crown Hill Cemetery.

  When my father passed away in September, he had left clear instructions that he wished to be cremated, but the rest was up to us, his family. He believed in God but did not belong to a church. We wanted to have a Celebration of Life, but not a church-based funeral. Our cremation advisor recommended Susan Watson, a funeral celebrant associated with Olinger Crown Hill. We called her and found in Susan even more than we had hoped to find. She met with my siblings and me and our spouses to discuss our thoughts and preferences.
  
  But here was the best part. She offered to call other family members we could suggest who would like to share memories. She contacted them by phone, had conversations with all, and then drafted a wonderful description of my father, events in his life, and memories from all of us. This was the largest part of the Celebration; she spoke for over 30 minutes, but it felt much shorter. She attributed the memories to the individuals who had shared them. It was OK to laugh. She struck all the right notes in leading the celebration of life gathering. Some of us got up to speak during the service, but we were happy that memories from all of us, even those unable to come or uncomfortable speaking in front of a group, were part of the service.
  
  It could not have been better or more comforting. My Dad would have loved it. I warmly recommend Susan Watson to anyone who needs this type of service at a time of loss.

  My mothers service was taken care of through Olinger Hill last week. John Wines was very efficient, kind and caring, he walked our family through this difficult process with ease. Ralph Parrinello was with us through my mothers service.He was very thoughtful in his words and actions, He treated our family as though we were his family. Joe Gomez was also a part of moms service, very caring person. Each member of Crown Hill treated our Mother and my family with dignity and kindness. Thank you all so much !!
