So much more than self defense for your kids! Manners, discipline, respect, resilience, all great topics at the dinner table with your kids. These guys have stepped it up everytime and have adapted it all for the pandemic.

Want to find a place that values community and inclusion while improving your physical and mental wellbeing? Then PAMA is the place for you! I cannot praise PAMA enough. My children have been attending PAMA for four years. PAMA helped my son gain confidence and a sense of purpose. The change in him especially as he has entered middle school has been amazing. He does chores without being asked, WOW! They help focus my daughter's never-ending energy into a positive skill of self-discipline and self-defense. PAMA enforces responsibility, teamwork, and respect; everything I value. The staff is kind, caring, and dedicated, especially during this time of unrest. They value each individual’s strengths while focusing on improving your weaknesses. They ensure that everyone is safe by regular cleanings between classes, hand sanitizing stations, and controlled social distancing (which is incredibly hard for kids!) We also take advantage of the virtual classes they offer. I love the wonderful camps in the summer to help alleviate screen time during school breaks. PAMA offers Parents Night Out with fun activities so I can have some adult time. The classes are for adults too. Or, if you want a great workout, the cage fitness and kickboxing classes are hardcore. It is an awesome workout to get out of your head and focus on yourself for 30 minutes. If you want a boring dojo/gym, don’t go to PAMA. If you are searching for a supportive community of kids, adults, Masters, and instructors, give PAMA a try. You won’t be disappointed.

We are incredibly grateful to have found Personal Achievement! After some ups and downs, we found This incredible community that every day strives to meet/due its core principles. As a parent the biggest thing I try to teach our kids is integrity, humility, grace and to love. This place hands down has reinforced those ideas. They leave the ego and pride at the door and with passion and love teach my kiddos what it means to be black belt Proud/Strong. They encourage growth and change not just in Karate but in who they are. We are most grateful to be welcomed into the fold. With Covid happening and this Topsy Turvy world, they have rolled with the punches and have gone beyond what anyone else could do. They still have live in person classes with constant cleaning as well as online. Instructors are always engaged and helpful even though we are at home. They have been so consistent with the teaching and growth even on Zoom.

This is one of the places that really has become part of our family’s community. Great value, great people, family company, kids love it. Their accommodations for covid have been great!
