  Amazing place. Came in to do the 6 week challenge lost 16 pounds and 6% body fat and now I have lost over 20 almost 30 pounds I couldn't of done it without everyone there and the diet. I'm feeling great and looking better. Thanks to everyone at west metro Crossfit !

  Amazing place. Other places I have been made me feel like I had to buy certain things to reach my fitness goals. This place does no such thing. They also teach you how to do everything properly. Your not just thrown in a class. They make it fun and give you skills to keep going.

  Great friendly atmosphere. Encouraging and always pushing you and supporting you. I joined for a special deal and I'm staying on. Highly recommend.
