“Quick, Clean, and Professional. Post hail storm and leaks in the upstairs bathroom, Donovan placed a tarp, walked through the estimate and explained the process completly. His team was on the house later that week. We had three layers of old shingles to remove and the dry in but were done in a day, they kept things clean throughout the activity. Shingles were done the next day and gutters the following to complete the job. I have to say they were very professional, did outstanding work quickly and we no longer have to worry about leaks or this coming winter. They did the neighbors house in a single day. I have recommended them already and will continue to do so, Awesome Donovan!”

“If you are planning on visiting St. Louis and are looking for a place to stay, I definitely recommend the Embassy suites in Saint Charles. It took us about 20 minutes to get there from downtown St. Louis but it was worth it if you don’t want to stay downtown. There were four of us traveling so we got the room with two queen beds and a separate living area with a pull out couch. All of the staff were very nice and there are complementary drinks(Alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and snacks every evening. The lobby area is very large and the buffet breakfast was very tasty. If you want and an omelette or eggs made a specific way, there is someone who will make them exactly how you want them. The lobby is also a great place to sit and visit with family or friends. The pool was a little smaller for such a large hotel and the hot tub has been out of order for a year. It is located in a very nice area and there are plenty of restaurants around for meals. there is also a restaurant in the hotel if you want to eat on site. They also have very nice sitting areas outside. Saint Charles has some significance in US history so that is also worth exploring. We will definitely stay here again if we end up visiting the area. I also included in the pictures a list out of what is accessible in their hotel. I loved that this was included on the website.”

“I went to visit my grandma, I haven’t seen her in about 8 months so it was super exciting to see her. I went in unexpected and I was glad to see the CNA’s there being active with the residents in the home. My grandma looked so adorable. Her hair was curled , her nails were done she looked stunning. During my visit, there was a resident who was verry agitated and there was a walker that was thrown over the living room and this resident was causing kaos ,the CNA’s handled the situation really good , re directing this resident into another environment in the house meanwhile the other CNA kept everyone bussy with there activity. The house was verry well kept and neat. The residents looked nice clean and it just fealt like a home to me. I stayed for lunch and it was delicious, they had pork roast , yummy potatoes , macaroni salad and a delicious strawberry cheesecake. The manager was so generous when she greeted us at the door. We are very thankful for having my grandma at this house. My family did a great choice with placing her here. Thank you!”

“My dad, Joel, was here for about 3 weeks recovering from a fall. The nurses, staff, and therapists were all wonderful, even if dad was "short" with them. Tom and Mark, therapists, were wonderful with my dad. The nursing staff, Marina and all, was professional and very pleasant. Dad loved the food! We ate lunch with dad a few times and the other residents seemed to be happy and well taken care of. Many thanks to Deana (case worker). We would definitely recommend Villa Manor to anyone who needs to recover from an illness or fall, etc. Thanks to the staff for making my dad feel stronger and for treating him with respect and dignity.”
