“My husband and I had the best experience at this store. We took advantage of the BOGO iPhone promo and Jeffery Surratt went above and beyond taking care of us. He made sure everything we needed was transferred over and showed us how to use our new phones. Before we knew it, it was 7:00 pm and we had been there for a solid three hours. My husband happened to notice the sign on the door which indicated that the store closed two hours ago! Not once did Jeffery even hint at the store hours or that he needed to close up shop! “A bit on the back story...started shopping around for a reasonably priced storage unit for my classic in early 2018. Wanted a clean, safe, secure location preferably within walking from my home....What I realized was the better the price, the greater the risk. Neglected ovens constructed of concrete boxes with metal roofs... Yikes! .....Pulled back, kept looking and waited... Jump forward to January, 2019. Success! Great location, easy access, high level of security, well designed facility that includes an in lobby glass walled conference room, professional on-site manager, well thought out new build. Insanely clean inside and out, fire sprinkler, fenced, gated, and (the icing!) with CLIMATE CONTROLLED storage units, some 10x20 for that special completed project. When my next classic build is finished later this year, I'm hoping that a second bay will be available.”
