“I am changing my original one star review to 5 stars. I had an issue with billing that led to me getting a surprise bill in the mail after I had paid 100% in full. After speaking with Darlene, it was resolved in the most timely and professional manner. She also included an explanation of what happened, to help further break down how the issue came about in the first place. I could not be more pleased with the customer service from this staff.”

“We went for some seasonal necessities and gifts prior to Christmas. The store was clean, well organized with merchandise nicely displayed. There were numerous friendly and well-informed employees located throughout the store to further assist shoppers with product location and choices. There checkout procedure is outstanding with multiple checkout centers and automated direction for shoppers waiting in the checkout line. They have also added a fully stocked health area, but no pharmacy. A pleasure to shop there and will certainly go back.”

“I'be stayed in this place several times, and it's always clean and located in convenient and quiet place. Colorado Mills mall is within walking distance, and you can enjoy jogging in the surroundings. Despite rooms are not modern, design is nice, and I do like the beds, not hard nor soft. When I have visited the company I work for, front desk staff has been available to give me a ride. They have been really helpful and attentive. With regards to the restaurant, the Marriott burguer is always a good option, despite one of the last times that I had dinner there, they didn't t have pickles.”
