My dog has a particular palate, and I was unable to get his food anywhere.(I literally called every pet store I could find within a 50 mile radius). My emergency supply was almost gone, and everyone was telling me the food was out of stock. Then, I met Chris at unleashed. I told him my story. He went above and beyond to find my dog's food. He contacted different suppliers and texted me regular updates. He found it! I had one day of food left, and he sent me a message saying "Your food is in!!" I've never had a place work so hard to simply fill an order. I highly recommend them. I'm going to get everything I need from them. The store is easy to access, and everyone is super friendly.”

“I called around after getting quite a few quotes for replacement of my turbo that seemed high to me. The guys at Lakewood Five Star(O.T. being the point person I dealt with) quoted me a reasonable price on the repair. In the process of doing the work he also noted and fixed some leaks that I new about(and failed to mention). They also noticed the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced and asked me if it was okay to fix. They really went above, and, beyond. The repairs made a big difference in performance. Much of the time I do feel like I am being taken advantage of in the world of auto repair because I'm a woman...but NOT the case here. Everything that was done was done because I neglected doing it prior. To top it all of it was done for a lower price than any of the competition quoted me and with a one year warranty. “G and T has always been great. My parents used them prior to me and were treated well, they've kept up the same great service with me. They do very well at taking the car, looking it over and calling me prior to any work is done, with multiple options for repairs and only doing what I ask them to do. In a business environment where you put a lot of trust in your mechanic to hopefully find a moral one, it's nerve wrecking and an expensive risk. In my opinion you can rest your nerves here. I will continue to use them as my mechanic and suggest others do the same.”
