“Excellent design service. Transformation of a camper to office. 2/2/21 I just picked this up; 2018 Bambi 16 mobile office upfit by Timeless Trailers. I love the way it changed the table into an open space. There are tie downs on forward wall for an office chair. That is an arm for the tablet and a lockable drawer. I travel solo and this is wonderful. The water tank, power switch and CO detector remain in place with new cushions replacing black ultra leather, so even without a chair I was able to read and dine at the desk while I boondocked 1800 miles home very quickly. “Edit: gave this place another shot and they still have some kinks to work out but the customer service is much improved. Had a long wait for my desired food to be made and they hooked me up with some free food to make up for it. Upgrade from 2 to 4 stars Been going here regularly and I’ve enjoyed the experience except today they decided to give small portions. Idk if you can tell but these are smaller portions than I have been getting for months. Orange chicken is always heaping high and when they charge extra for a “premium” option they shouldn’t also serve less. When I expressed my concern and unhappiness they acted as if I was born yesterday. No thank you”

“I felt like I had to take a moment to say how wonderful Rob and everyone at Ridge Valley are. First, they're the only storage lot near metro Denver that will work with well-kept/maintained vintage vehicles needing storage. But my 5 stars isn't for that reason alone - they truly give great customer service. Every business will hit snags like a gate malfunctioning, but I've personally experienced Rob come out on a Sunday to help renters get in. Beyond that, if you ever run into him he's the nicest guy and always willing to chat. Even when you call the office the team is very friendly and helpful. Through the various construction projects they've had as they upgrade the storage facilities, they've been communicative and accommodating. I am also admittedly terrible at checking my email and missed a couple invoices, and Rob simply gave a call to let me know rather than a corporate-like email. We've been storing our rig at Ridge Valley for several years now and intend to continue because the service is top-notch combined with a great location.”
