  Our furnance was acting up that eventually stop working and Ken came out on a Sunday his day off to fix our furnace within an hour. Our control board had failed.
  
  The reason he came out on a Sunday was the weather was in the single digits that night and he was very informative about the problem. His prices were very reasonable.
  
  Our furnace is working like a champ and Ken was our hero. If you need a tech that truly qualified call Ken.
  
  I will in the future only use Ken if possible.

  Ken was great. My rv furnace replacement was handled by an incompetent and shady repair guy 2 years ago. Of course it began to make a weird noise just a day prior to expected snow and dropping temps. Ken's wife scheduled me bright and early the next day and he came out. He had to pull the whole thing out to check it and then stabilize it, which the other guy had not bothered to do in the first place. Ken not only did this but took the time to educate me about tge rv and then he kindly checked the water heater and refrigerator area. Im not very mechanical and i dont know that i retained a lot but i understand thibgs a bit better now than before. He was timely, efficient, professional and made sure it was done carefully. I do very much recommend him. Furnace is working great now!

  Ken and Jan are the best! Our water pump was out for a week and Ken fixed it in 10 seconds! They are fast, friendly and professional. If it has to do with an RV, they know about it. Wish we could take them with us on the road. ????
