  I got a trailer hitch added to my Rogue this fall, and Kirby’s quoted a price and let me know my options regarding the timeline for getting it done. I got a quote elsewhere, and the price was similar. I went with Kirby’s because the reviews were better, and I like small businesses.
  
  When I actually had the hitch installed, they alerted me to another possible issue as a courtesy but did not pressure me into buying anything or even getting the work done with them. And then, when I went to pay, they told me to make the check for $100 LESS than they’d quoted me! They said the wiring went faster than anticipated and so the install was not as expensive. They could have easily stuck to the quoted price and made an extra hundred bucks, but instead they were upfront and honest. Very refreshing!
  
  I’m pleased with the work and used the hitch to haul a trailer from CO to TN with no issues. I’d recommend them to anyone needing hitch installation for sure!

  Kirby's not only does trailer hitches but they also can weld a broken patio chair. Who knew they were diverse. If something needs welding give them a call. Easy to get to and the boss is pretty darn nice. Also if you want eggs they sell fresh eggs. Who knew

  Glenn is a god send!
  My trailer literally fell apart in front of his shop luckily.
  We were on our way to a family camping trip in Utah and my tire fell off my trailer. He ran out and quickly got to work on fixing the lug nuts and replacing the tire. I’m very very thankful!!!! You guys are awesome!
