(December 12, 2018, 2:42 pm)We met with Marci in advance of our wedding for a tasting and were given an extensive variety of different cake samples with an equally diverse selection of icing/filling. There were more than enough flavors to choose from. We chose a three tier cake with each tier being a different combination of cake and icing. The combinations of flavors were all wonderful and loved by our guests. The design of the cake was exactly what we asked for incorporating our specific wedding colors and creating a look and feel that exactly mirrored our wedding theme. Our cake was transported without issue up into the mountains to the town of Estes Park where we were wed. We could not have been happier with our cake. Thank you, Marci. You were the icing on the cake of our special day!

(December 4, 2018, 10:31 pm)Marci was great to work with at Colorado Rose Cake Company. Marci was kind enough to deliver the cake to our hotel, even though it was just a small one for an elopement. Furthermore, the cake was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and absolutely delicious (we chose lemon with blueberry filling). A little bit pricey for a small cake, but it was worth it!
