  Clean rooms with a spectacular view; high quality customer service. Needed some dishware to heat food and was offered real plates and bowls! Best views and prices; near shopping & dining & minigolf, bumper boats, bungee, etc...
  Even offered sunscreen on my way out! How courteous!

  Great place to stay, was also significantly cheaper than other places too. I recommend this place to anyone. Clean room and comfortable beds. Staff was great and gave us donuts in the morning. If you have a brain in your head you’ll check here first. Will be back again.

  I visited in mud season so there was actually some on-the-spot availability. The room was dated but in a way that goes along with the rustic charm of Estes. More importantly it was clean. Views are spectacular and consider yourself unlucky if you don't see at least one elk. Prices aren't set in stone either if multiple days are booked, at least not during peak. The bathroom was uncomfortably small though with an unusual shower unlike any I've seen elsewhere.

  Great little place to stay! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great views and reasonably priced!

  We gave stayed here for 30 years. Always have had a great stay. Todd, the now owner keeps a great place. Should have 10 stars for a correct evaluation.
