  Very well done venue and outstanding views. Great approach to housing onsite and many units with enough sleeping space to accommodate 10 people. We attended a wedding, the service and attention to detail by the on-site staff was amazing.

  My husband and I took our family to Fall River Village last weekend and had a fantastic and memorable trip. The grounds and facilities are immaculate, upscale and family friendly. The condo we stayed in had comfortable, new beds and furniture that made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff was friendly and responsive to our questions and we ended up walking into Estes for all our shopping trips and meals, since it is close by. The kids enjoyed the large pool on the premises and the hot tubs are out of this world! I couldn’t end this review without mentioning the view of the mountains right outside our window and from our porch. Wow! My husband and I were both wishing we could live here and enjoy this view every morning. It was breath taking! As we were leaving, there was an Elk relaxing in the shade near the pool to wish us goodbye. I highly recommend Fall River Village if you are looking for comfortable, gorgeous accommodations in Estes park. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

  Amazing location, fabulous rooms. Able to accommodate our large family. Close to many hiking trails for all levels. Easy walk into town. Can't say enough good things about our stay and would highly recommend fall river village to anyone looking for a great place in Estes Park.

  What did we like there??
  EVERYTHING!! We had the BEST VACATION there ever. The units are so well equipped, since we stayed in and cooked a lot, we appreciated that. The beds were extremely comfortable, and each room had its own bath. Perfect for us, our grown children and grandchildren. 2 connecting units were able to hold our family, of 16 people. Once we got the kids to bed, we were all able to gather in one unit and hang out., still being able to check on the babies. We were a few minutes walk to town, and there was so much to do in the area for all ages. The Rocky Mtg Nat’l Park is breath taking, and there were so many opportunities to go hiking. Perfect location with perfect accommodations. We felt like we were in a 5 star resort and we couldn’t have asked for anything else. They had it all there. We will definitely be going back.

  One of my favorite places in the world! A cool, mountain-modern resort surrounded by stunningly beautiful scenery. What a rare and amazing location. The location is next to Fall River but also has incredible mountain views and even though you are only a five minute walk to town you still feel like you're in the wilderness. Can't say enough about how great the staff was the amenities the property has.
