I would give this shop 10 stars if I could. I called Walker Automotive after a few other shops in the area turned me down. My fingers were crossed that they would help me, as I watched my right brakes smoking with my son and 3 dogs in the truck. Greg said to bring it in, and they could take a look at it later no problem. They worked in the dark, after hours, and made sure my brakes were good to go before I went back up to camp. Greg even identified 2 more, major problems that my regular mechanic, in Chicago, had missed. Greg fixed it all before I left to drive the 1000 miles home. To sum it up, Walker Automotive has a wonderful team, honest prices, and they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Highly recommended. Thanks again Greg and Saul, you guys are the best!
I had some large bolts on a hitch that needed tightened. They saw me right at closing time, stopped work on another job to take care of me, and didn't ask me to pay them anything for the time. I was happy to 'force' him to take some cash for his helpfulness. Good guys!!
They got me..first time customer with a significant issue ....in quickly and found the problem quickly. Had heard nothing but good things...they lived up to it all.
Greg is the man! He’s super honest and professional. Has great staff. I’ve taken a few different cars to them and it’s always been cheaper than anywhere else, while still knowing it was done correctly with the right parts.
