(August 19, 2019, 3:50 pm)Room is small but clean, comfortable and amenities are updated. Nice window view towards town and mountain. Only problem is there is no air condition so it can be hot inside the room.

(July 30, 2019, 12:32 pm)I've only been here to eat at the restaurant in the evening. The menu changes seasonally, but I go for the Trout. The pizza is good too! Love the views. Great historic place to bring visitors from out of town. The prices for rooms seems pretty reasonable also. Close to a couple craft breweries too! Nice pool area as well!

It's a historical property with modern conveniences that knows where the line is without veering into chain hotel or living history museum territory. We stayed in a studio that overlooked downtown Estes Park, with a view of the Stanley Hotel from our window. We came to Estes Park for a long relaxing weekend and this hotel perfectly fit that bill.
