    This place is amazing, you simply can’t beat the location. We picked it sight unseen when moving to Colorado and could not have been happier. Horsestooth Reservoir is hands down the most beautiful area of Fort Collins to live in. Since being in the area we have checked out some of the other local Rv parks and they seem ok but I’m confident that this is the best park you could pick. Aside from the amazing views, location and wildlife the real bonus here at this Rv park is the people, the other residents are all great but the staff is what makes this place great. Kimber, Clay, RJ and the rest of the crew are some of the best and most accommodating people you could hope for. We’ve been in this park about a year and a half, we are leaving only because our situation has changed but we plan to stop in and say hello anytime we’re back out in the area. We will truly miss this park.

    Very homey and exceptional service. Gas is a little steep but you're on the lake so it's expected. As far as food products in the store they are very well priced. We will definitely be visiting again!
