They have a pool to cool off in the sites are a little small. The staff and maintenance staff are great!!!! We stayed a few days and would definitely stay again.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lee and family;
I am writing to you about some of your JCRV park employees.
First let me say that I have been a resident at the RV park since 2011. I
pay my rent on time, obey park rules and never, ever have drama or problems
with anyone. I have never had to call the police for anything at the park
and am generally a pleasant, compliant dependable customer. As such I have
always been treated with courtesy and respect by Nicole and Yvonne in the
front office. They are professional, friendly, pleasant and courteous. They
always appear to be working hard. When the office isn't busy, I always see
Nicole out working hard, doing outside physical labor, Mowing, pulling
weeds, spraying, whatever needs doing! I see Nicole out there regularly,
getting things done and making the park look clean & beautiful. She goes
out of her way to ensure customer needs are met Every year Nicole comes by
to make sure my site is sprayed for weeds. Nicole knows I pull all the
weeds on my site and rake and try to keep my site clean and pretty. .
Sometimes it takes me awhile because I am 60 years old with medical
conditions but I try hard to keep things neat and obey park rules.
The point I am making is that Nicole and Yvonne are dependable loyal
employees who deserve to be recognized for the hard work they do. I really
believe that they go above and beyond for both the owners and the
residents of the park making it a great place to visit and live. One of the
main reasons I enjoy and continue to live here is because Nicole and Yvonne
are so awesome. Thanks to them both for all they do.
That being said, I am sad to say that I am forwarding you another letter
that is not so pleasant. It is regarding your maintenance staff. I wrote it
and rewrote it trying to find the most diplomatic way to convey my concerns
to you so I do hope you will take the time to read that as well. I am
sorry to have to bring this to your attention but things are getting
totally out of hand , and I believe you should be aware of what happens
when you are not around. I do believe some people who work for you believe
you are foolish and that they are putting things over on you. I wont spread
rumors but some residents here believe you are being manipulated and lied
to by an employee you believe to be doing a wonderful job. In fact that
employee brags about it. The other staff are hesitate to speak up for fear
of retaliation by this employee. I just thought you should be made aware.
Thank you for continuing to make JCRV park a calm pleasant and peaceful place to live
I liver here randy is the best the dude is caring and genuine a go to must have handyman if you ask me.. The ladies at the front are super nice and welcoming as well the only dpwnsode wpuld be how close quarters it is but that comes with the territory I guess.
Garcia must have his head up his butt. Been here 3 years and staff is great! Maintenance is ongoing 24/7. I live near I-25 and when outside the traffic can be noisy at times but you get used to it. As to rates, Garcia go to the other RV parks in the area and compare. After all your a so called travel guide and one I'd never use!!
I have been fortunate enough to stay here for the last several months. I have ZERO complaints. Park is well kept, quiet and secure. I even left my door to my truck open thru the night with my laptop, wallet and printer in the truck and not a single item was missing or moved. The ladies that run the office are super nice and always keep quarters on hand for laundry. Speaking of laundry, the laundry room is clean, the machines are all in perfect working order. The dryers are nuclear hot and will dry a full load in well under the preset time. I am a “nomad” oil field worker and have stayed in RV parks all over the country and this one is without a doubt in my top 5.
