  For the most part it was pleasent enough. However, there were a few things that made thr experience very unpleasent!
  On my very first morning, I pressed the call button with the need to urinate. This was not answered for 65 mins and beibg a little older with treatments effecting function, my bladder exploded, I decided to pick up the phone and call the front desk, git transfered to the nurses station, in near tears, because the okd mattress has a impression in it now is a pool of pee, dignity gone, adults do not wet their bed. I screamed at the poor nurse on the other side of the phone, who managed to get to my room in 30 seconds, his humor and ability to calm me down was the ONLY thong to save the situation, thank God! I landed up staying through for about 9 weeks and no my dignity was never found, but other good times were had, mostly because of other patients!!! Although I do believe some of the therapists had a sence of humor! Most if the CNA’s were cery accomodating and encouraging to my progress! Nursing staff was awesome, they were willing to wirk with me when I over did it at therapy and was in pain. Food was fair although still salty, now being in several facilities it is pretty much the same everywhere, sadly feeding so many means higher salt and sugar amounts.
  I still have fond memories of my first Rehabilitation facility! Bless them for trying so hard!!!

  The PCTs, Nurses, Doctors, Therapists and pretty much every staff member there works to get you better. There kindness and caring is not going to be forgotten. For such a big group working together very little grumbling between coworkers.

  I had to go to this rehabilitation hospital after having a severe accident. I was here for about a week and the staff and nurses were amazing! They definitely care about you and make sure you’re comfortable. I had a lot of different nurses through my stay but Jenn was one that I’ll never forget. She made me feel like I wasn’t alone and always helped even when she wasn’t my nurse. Meghan was also the best case manager. She went above and beyond to help me and my family. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in need of rehab.

  My youngest brother was placed here and everyone has been amazingly caring and helpful, caring and professional. I mean everybody from nurse staff, to Albert Maintenance he has this place spotless and so friendly. The kitchen staff are amazingly caring. And caring about food and presentation, my brother is happy here they treat our family with respect. We go home knowing that my brother will be ok. Nurse Shelly is amazing. Thank you everyone. CEO Brenda your doing a great job. All the patients seen comfortable and happy.

  The picture of my profile is with two of the three women that gave me the courage to walk again and NEVER let me give up on myself. The doctors and staff here are amazing , caring, and actually genuine about you getting better. I wish I knew the names of these two women but my accident was back in October of 2014 and I know they no longer work there. But if youre in need of a Rehabilitation Center, this is the place you need to choose!!
