Kharis is an incredibly knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to truly listen and understand the needs of her clients. She has helped me acknowledge, understand, and heal myself beyond the capacity of traditional healing modalities. I've been seeing Kharis since July. I was freaked out because I was going on vacation, and I had a UTI that I thought would be too painful to travel with. It was my 14th UTI in 18 months. I called Kharis, and she was able to fit me that day. Six months later and lots of coaching and reflexology/reiki work with Kharis, and I'm excited to say that I've been free of UTIs. Kharis is amazing at what she does! I went with an open mind and curiosity, I'd heard of Reiki but never experienced it. If I had any doubts though about it's healing potential, I absolutely don't anymore. For the first time in 3 years, I could feel things in a spot in my shoulder that has been numb. Kharis is very professional but personable and a fountain of knowledge. I feel immensely better after a session with her. She's definitely an A+ for me!
