As soon as you walk in you are greeted and they help you immediately. The worksers are kind and get to know you on a first name basis and are professional. They always have what we need and if they don't the ship it to the shop asap. They are definitely geared towards contracted landscaping professionals.
This is a contractor oriented supply shop. Professional and polite. Also willing to do business with the public but mainly from what I have seen it is for contractors and Landscape professionals.
