    When I went into The store on my birthday myself and my boyfriend were treated with the up most respect and want made to feel in welcome because we didn’t have a stack of money, which every other place did!!! We had and amazing girl show us everything in our price range and made it a fun experience!!!!! I wish I remembered her name because she really was amazing!

    I would like to recognize Alex for outstanding customer service. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process of ordering a new ring, and he isn't even going to get credit for the sale since we are picking it up in a store in another state. Alex called the special orders department, gathered all of the information and promptly called me back to discuss my options. I would highly recommend working with Alex when you stop in the store.
