One of our slides had broken in the mountains in Colorado. When we returned to the Denver area, we only had 5 days before we had to leave again. Roger rearranged his schedule to fit us in to not only come out and troubleshoot the problem, but then return to fix the problem once the part arrived. He did great work and had us on the road again by time we had to leave the area! I would definitely use Roger again.
We are new owners of an RV purchased from Lazy Days and during a 6 week trip to the East coast our rear AC went out. Upon returning home we contacted Lazy Days for service and were advised that they could not get us in before we were leaving again but recommended that we call Snowbird which is a mobile service. We did and Roger jumped right on the problem diagnosing the issue which required a whole new unit. He submitted it for the warranty coverage and expedited the delivery of the new unit as we had a short time frame before our next trip. He followed up with us and the AC manufacturer daily. We were finally informed that the unit was not shipped when Roger was told it was and therefore we were not going to be able to get it replaced before we left. He stayed on the manufacturer and was able to get the unit overnighted and as soon as it was delivered to Snowbird Roger changed his whole schedule to ensure that the unit was installed and operating properly. Roger went out of his way to make this all happen and I would highly recommend his services should you need a mobile technician
