  This place is amazing! I took my jacket in with no appointment near the end of the day asking for alterations to the cuffs. They explained that they were very busy so it might take a week or two. I let the young lady know that I really needed my jacket because I am flying out of town in a week and I asked if there was anything that she could do. She picked up the phone, called the owner, hung up the phone and told me that I would have my jacket in a week, before my trip. Literally two days later, I was contacted by the business to let me know that my jacket was ready to go and the same young lady who turns out to be the owners daughter took the time to explain the alterations that were done to me over the phone and even told me that after my trip if I would like further alterations, they would stand behind their work and would take care of that for me. You cannot ask for faster or better service than that! I am already a repeat customer as these ladies have done work for my wife previously, and it was top quality work. This is a family owned business and they know what they are doing. I am a real customer and I live here in Loveland, Colorado and this is the cleaners/tailor that we will be doing business with from now on.

  Wow! So far I have only dropped off my items to be taken care of. I called ahead and asked if Tatyana could do wedding dress cleanings and ended up taking my husband's tux as well. When I got there Tatyana suggested that I also do the wedding dress preservation. Get this - $200 for cleaning and preservation! I'm super excited to see what I get back. Looking forward to seeing Tatyana and her wonderful personality again!

  Tatyana, the owner, is a wonderful lady! I took 2 comforters in to get dry-cleaned and couldn't have been more pleased how quick I received them back! I will be back with all my other dry-cleaning. It's a great place!

  I took my uniforms to have them Dry cleaned and my work badges put on I was in a big rush because I needed them for work the next day. I went to five other cleaners and they said it would take three days and wanted to charge me double. Tatyana was so awesome she not only cleaned and pressed them but also did all of the Alterations and had everything back to me the next morning... Thanks so much I will be a customer for life
