  Using U-Pack was the best moving experience I've ever had. The price is awesome for long distance moving. We initially paid for 12 ft of space and ended up only using 9 ft. The price was adjusted accordingly. Hopefully I won't have to move long distance again, but if I do, U-Pack will be my go to people. Jenn W.

  I r-ate U-Pack 5 stars for several reasons. Every interaction with their people was positive, friendly and helpful. All questions were answered and communication was excellent. Additionally, because of the location and timing of our move, the village in WI where we moved to had road closures due to winter caused weight restrictions. We ended up having to wait nearly a month to get our truck down the road to our home. This allowed us to prep and freshen the new home completely. U-Pack stored our stuff at no charge and even gave us extra time to unload our freight once it did arrive. Excellent company.

  Exactly as advertised. We used 17 feet to move from CO to MI and while I was a bit skeptical and worried there would be hidden charges or the truck wouldn't arrive etc. everything was perfect. Drivers were great and helpful, and at both ends we were at the end of dead end streets with a long reverse in required. While I hope to never have to move again, if I do, this is the only way I'd do it.

  Just awesome job! I've just had a perfect move: everything was on schedule, transparent and predictable. So I have stayed within budget and got great service. Highly recommend.

  We had a great experience using U-Pack! As a college student, everywhere I looked was going to cost me $2000+ to move from Colorado to Florida. However, U-pack saved the day helping me get the move for much, much cheaper. We only used one pod and we certainly cut it close on needing to use a second. I would give a full 5 stars except the email updates that I would get would make it seem like my move had changed and also I did not feel very prepared for packing up the cube from the descriptions given. I did have some items scuffed in transit and some if the scuffing was from the metal inside the cube so be prepared to have minimal damage occur. Anything particularly precious should be kept in the center away from the walls and ceiling. Overall. I would give them a resounding 9/10 (or a 4.5/5). We will definitely keep you in mind for our next move!
