  Megan is awesome! She is super responsive and also knowledgeable about the current home values in this area and how to create appealing listings, solid contracts and smooth closings. We have worked with her for yrs and it's always been an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

  There are not enough accolades or positive adjectives to describe Megan Wachtman as a person and a professional. From our first time meeting Megan, it is clear her mission was to find the right home for us even if it took 3 years. Megan got to know us and what our priorities were as well as what would make the house feel like ours. We felt no pressure to buy until the home had the right feel. Her vast knowledge of the Loveland, Fort Collins and Windsor area is amazing. In addition, Megan is very knowledgeable in real estate, construction, zoning, ordinances, events in the area and has many contacts for anything we needed – whether it was for the house, a service or for fun! Megan exceeded our expectations in every way – a truly phenomenal experience. I would without hesitation recommend Megan to anyone who is seeking a realtor.

  Megan did an amazing job selling our home! We needed to sell fairly quickly because we had already signed a contract for a new home. She swept in, took control and had our house on the market within just a few days. Her marketing strategy works well and we had numerous showings in the first week and received an offer shortly after it was listed. She was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our process but the best part of Megan is that she truly cares about how you're feeling. She understands that this is YOUR home that you're selling and is very considerate of that fact. She helped us find a contractor for a minor inspection issue and even took some bikes to be recycled because we we're under a time crunch when moving out. We would use Megan again and would recommend her highly! Thank you to Megan and her Team!
