We have been going to Medicare Advisers Group in Fort Collins for a couple of years and they have always helped us choose what plans work the best for us. This year Brenda Marban. helped us over the phone and it was a very pleasant experience She took all the confusing details about medication prices and checked to find out what prices we would have to pay with different plans She also explained the plans in easy to understand terms. Entering the world of Medicare felt like swimming against the current of an upward stream of information. I said "felt like" because then I connected with Medicare Advisors Group in Loveland, CO. If I were to choose one word that describes the level of customer service it would have to be "Integrity". I don't know about you, but the world of insurance feels a bit deceiving at times. Clay Nash assisted me through the many possible choices and refined it down to my personal needs. I felt and continue to feel so well taken care. Everyone in the office has been knowledgeable in explaining different coverages, answering questions, and responding quickly to requests for help. They have taken as much time as needed, and make sure to give comparisons so that I can make informed choices. I am happy to go back to them at any time!
