Brendan was referred by another local real estate agent to replace the roof on my new home. Brendan was able to step in quickly during the inspection phase of the contract, assess the roof and provide an estimate in a very timely manner. I closed on my home on Friday, December 20, quickly got approval from the HOA Design Committee to proceed with the new roof, and Brendan had his crew on the roof Saturday morning to start the project! The new roof was completed by the end of the day on December 23! Roof Source installed a beautiful, quality roof and during the process kept the work area clean and were very respectful of my new neighbors. Roof Source earned and is VERY deserving of all 5 STARS! I would highly recommend Roof Source to everyone. They are a great company to deal with. I was putting my house on the market within a week of finding out I needed a new roof. We contacted Roof Source and they were working on my roof on Wednesday before my Saturday open house. Their crew started at 7 A.M. and worked past sun down. When a second crew became available around 5 P.M., they were sent over to help the original crew to finish the job. A smaller crew came back in the morning to finish touch up work and clean up. Everything was finished before noon.
I have worked in outside construction myself for 40 years and have never seen a crew work as hard as these guys did. These guys were fantastic and barely even took breaks. Roof Source also gave me a very cost efficient price for the job. We would hire them back in a second for our next roof.

Our roof was damaged during the hailstorm in September this year. Josh came out and completed an inspection on our home within days of the damage occurring. He took pictures of the damaged areas and communicated thoroughly and effectively with me, advising us that it would be best to submit a claim with our insurance. We submitted a claim with our insurance company and Brendan worked with our insurance every step of the way to ensure the whole process was seamless for us. Josh and Brendan verified the updated building codes for our city and made sure that we were up to code, the roofing materials that Roof Source used were top of the line Malarkey shingles and we were even able to upgrade to a Cat 4 Hail-Resistant shingle. The crew that they utilized did a phenomenal job removing and replacing our roof quickly and efficiently. Josh came by during and after the process to make sure everything was installed properly and made sure there wasn't any nails or trash left over. We called Brendan O’Keefe at Roof Source after the big July 2019 hail storm ruined the roof. Brendan got us an estimate and replaced the roof and gutters very quickly and professionally. His crew was very trustworthy and dependable. Brendan even coordinated the removal of an old solar collector system and hauled the old equipment away. His company is very competent for any size or style of roof.

To Brendan and his team. This group Is some of the best roofers I’ve ever had the experience to work with. They just replaced the roof on my new home as well as my rental property in Southwest Loveland.
