Vitality for Life (Loveland Yoga & Core Fitness)

I have been doing yoga at this studio for 3 years now. I love Christi's Strength Yoga approach--it's a great workout! I've seen great results: increased flexibility, toning, balance. I just finished the 28-day challenge. It was the perfect jumpstart to eating healthy and getting active again after quarantine! My whole family enjoyed the recipes, many we will keep in our regular rotation. I also had a successful PDTR session with Christi a couple of weeks ago for lower back pain. Christi is knowledgeable and personable.

I have been working with Christi for about 4 weeks and it has been amazing. I went to her to help me do yoga without pain. I was having difficulty because of my scoliosis and right leg pain. After just 4 weeks I am back on the treadmill everyday and doing yoga moves without any pain. I have lost 6 pounds and am able to fit into clothes that I have not been able to wear for a long time. I feel so much better and stronger. I look forward to continuing to work with Christi. Wish I would have started sooner. Thanks Christi!

Christi is not only an amazing yoga instructor, she is a great motivator. I just finished her 28 day Booty Challenge and I feel great! The menu plan was easy to follow and contained yummy food. It also encouraged me to get back into the studio. Christi is so empowering. She gives great instruction and cues during class. In fact, if I am in a yoga class with other instructors, I can always hear Christy's voice "coaching" me thru a pose or flow. Rock on, Christy

By far the best yoga studio I have ever been to! Christi is one of the most knowledgeable yoga/fitness instructors I have ever seen! She is amazing at making everyone, no matter their level, feel comfortable in her classes. On top of that she is a wealth of knowledge on the body in general. I have been going to this yoga studio for years and she has helped me continue my practice through injuries and pregnancies! She is truly amazing!!

Great studio, and great experience every single time! Christi (the owner) is very knowledgeable, always striving to build her knowledge and keep it current. She easily shares her knowledge, and is very supportive. I just finished her 28 day booty challenge and it changed my life (for the better).
