My daughter had hit a curb & bent the rim on a tire enough that it broke the seal & was leaking air. I haven't had to go to a repair shop for anything in 20 years & had no idea who to go to. I called A&E since I work close by & co-workers had had good experiences with them. Amanda was very friendly & helpful on the phone. My daughter & I brought the wheel & new rim over a few minutes later, during my lunch break, figuring we'd drop them off & pick them up later. The gentleman at the front desk (who's name I unfortunately did not get) was so kind & considerate!! He chatted with us in the garage while John popped off the old rim, confirmed the tire was undamaged (it is brand new) , put the new rim on & balanced the wheel in less than fifteen minutes!! I can't begin to thank them enough for being honest, tremendously helpful & providing such quick, efficient service!!! -
