  I feel Inner Balance saved my life - all of the counselors were exceptional and the continued care program has been very helpful to me in my recovery. The holistic approach surrounding spirituality, nutrition and mental health is what truly makes this program remarkable.

  Thank you Inner Balance Health Center!!! When I arrived at IBHC, I was dreading my stay. I never would have imagined the loving care of the House Staff. All of my daily needs were taken care of and our meals were superb! That being said, the care from the staff, counselors and medical staff allowed me to understand the complexities of my disease. Using a holistic approach and applying a biochemical restoration program allowed my body to recuperate from the damage that I had inflicted upon it. The tools the counselors provided allowed me to start working on some of the many mental and emotional problems in my life. And the spiritual component tied it all in. Although my 28 day program is over, I’m still seeing an Addiction counselor on site and a Life Coach on site and the staff is still as friendly and welcoming as before! What a great start to a new life of sobriety! I can’t thank IBHC enough!

  I hope that everyone who needs a catalyst for turning their lives around could experience InnerBalance. It's such a unique and magical approach to learning how to take care of our mind and bodies. The biochemical repair piece coupled with stellar counseling sessions and outside meetings such as NA and AA, as well as time at the gym, reiki, and delicious sugar-free caffeine-free lifestyle at the Cattail Inn ~ for me, i found healing here and a new way to life my life without chemicals. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for freedom from drugs and alcohol. I am the best version of myself today because of my time here. Thank you InnerBalance.

  This place is amazing! The entire staff is patient and knowledgeable. I checked out a number of facilities both inpatient and outpatient and this one was by far the best I visited/attended. If anyone is looking for a great place for recovery inner balance health is the way to go!!!

  I convened LifeRing Secular Recovery weekly support group every Saturday at InnerBalance and while there I got to see the caring,professional staff going about their business, and interacted with them including Joe, the owner. And I was very impressed with their approach to Recovery and Relapse Prevention. They treat the whole body, physically and spiritually. Combining supplements, and skills training, better lifestyle choices, and spirituality. As a lay person, and a former clinician (elsewhere) I highly recommend both the staff, and the program for anybody looking for inpatient Recovery Treatment. On a personal note I was invited to participate in alumni training events, And I was able to learn many living and relapse prevention skills at InnerBalance.
