  Swan saved us. Our furnace was stopped working one night this winter as we woke to a cold house. They promptly came out that morning and tested it. Luckily it was only the presence of carbon deposits on a flame sensor, which the service technician cleaned and all was good. The following night temps got below zero, but we stayed warm. Our technician Issac was very courteous and explained what had happened with our old furnace. The cost of the service visit was well below what was reasonable.

  Our furnace shut off sometime in the middle of the night. Called Swan at 730a and they were on site by 10a. Our tech, Dylan, was solid! Fun to talk with, professional, friendly, efficient, clean, and good at what he does! He took the time to find exactly what was going on, answered all my questions in the process, and explained how everything works. I hope I don't see him regularly on the job, but if I do, I know I'm in good hands.

  Our first appointment was with Anthony. He was incredibly polite, and professional as he worked to repair my furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace we’d had a friend install to save money was the definition of “you get what you pay for.” It was too big for my house, which was causing it to constantly over heat, shut off, and blow cold air into my house. So we scheduled an appointment with Peter so we could look at other furnace options, and we decided to look at water heaters because ours was over 15 years old and was getting a little iffy. He was awesome. He gave us all the options, and explained what they were to us, and we didn’t feel any pressure at all. We decided on a new furnace and a tankless water heater, and the next day we had our install. Our installer were Steele(awesome name by the way) and Jake. They were amazing! Our house is one of the worst designed buildings I’ve ever lived in, and it provided these guys with a ton of problems to overcome, at one point they brought in backup to see what could be done. They were friendly, communicative, and professional to a level I haven’t experienced in a long time. These guys ended up staying past 7 on a Friday night to make sure they got everything done, and done right! They then took the time to walk us through everything they did, and how to take care of it before leaving for the night. So in short: we woke up on Saturday with a warm house for the first time in two winters, we have hot water on demand, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience we had. They’re worth every penny!

  Brock came in and cleaned my vents in a record amount of time. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and answered any questions I had. I believe he was training someone as well and they were very professional. Made sure all my animals were safely in the house while they were going in and out with their equipment. Brock was respectful to my house and my family. I’m glad I use this company. I’ve never had an issue with them.

  Using SWAN as our trusted partner for servicing both our primary and rental residence has been one of the best home maintenance choices yet! We are club members (BTW its an amazing deal) and our membership has come into play not only to replace our furnace and AC but also for routine work.
  Brock and Dawson came by today to do a duct cleaning and did a fantastic job. Brock was extremely informative with a great sense of humor as we pulled sippy cups and cookie cutters out of the ducts! Both he and Dawson were very professional and left the house tidy. Great team work today you to!
