  Real deal Texas BBQ. I’m from Texas and own 4 smokers, a 3 grills, and a few BBQ cook books. I know me some BBQ and Serious Texas BBQ is the best you can get in Colorado. It’s hard to say which Is better...their Brisket or sausage. Their sausage is Texas style and is more of a German type which is really hard to find outside Texas. The Ribs are really good, but second best in Colorado. If you already don’t know who has the best ribs, then you won’t know the difference. ;)
  Recommend grabbing a Beer while waiting in line and then ordering a multiple meat platter for family style eating. I think you can get extra bread for no charge. We last went for special Valentines Dinner.

  Eating at this place was a delight! As soon as we walked in the place you could smell the barbecue scent. The place was clean and very welcoming. My wife and I ordered the pulled pork with 2 sides (cheesy potatoes & potato salad). We also got the lemon pie to share; it went well with our meal. We both got fountain drinks and the total price was worth the portions of food they served. The counter staff was friendly and very professional. They have lots more meats to offer and I hope you enjoy this place as much as we do. We definitely will be coming back here again! Thanks for reading.

  This was absolutely wonderful. I happened to drop in on a weekday night for the first time just by change. In a hurry, hungry, and not overly picky.
  
  So glad I chose this place. Not only did the offer $1 ribs that were pretty good, they also had $1 smoked wings and beers (limit)! The value was great.
  
  What blew me away was the service. The kids at the counter said my ribs looked small and threw in a couple extra. They were kind, made eye contact, and more importantly actually gave a damn!
  
  These young adults are hope among a sad sad generation of the entitled. Super pleased!!! Old guy signing off.

  For a Colorado native that grew up in Texas for 12 years....I can tell ya this is the BEST kept secret in Colorado!! Real Texas BBQ with vinegar based sauce the way it should be, great atmosphere, great Country music (not the new pop country ) . Stole my heart away in a second! Will not only be back but telling EVERYONE I know! Pecan pie....yummy!!! Only one tiney downfall....no fried okra!!! :( But it won't stop me from returning !!

  Food had a really good taste. I was expecting more smoke flavor, but this was more about BBQ and sauces overall. I had the sampler which will be a second good meal with all the meat on there. If you love sauce, they have a great selection.
