(July 21, 2018, 8:16 pm)Our vehicle broke down in the middle of a very busy Eisenhower and we managed to push it into the entrance to Eggers Electric. Myself, my husband, our 1 year old, 9 year old and my service dog were stranded in the 100 degree heat. The staff were gracious and kind and gave us shade and water and let us use their facility. I don't know many establishments who would be ok with an entire family literally camping on their front grass for 3+ hours, let alone take care of them. My husband and I are veterans and I am touched by your service before self attitude. You are a genuine group and we are so thankful.

From Murray, to Heather, to David, each employee representing Eggers we spoke to went above and beyond to give us great customer service. Anytime we ran into a roadblock, whether it was in trying to get a hold of someone or figuring out the best course of action to take on the work, the person we spoke with had a plan and was ready to execute.
David, our tech, was especially wonderful. He was patient with us as we made decisions on the work to be completed and was ready to offer his expert suggestions. He took the time to educate us on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also made sure to work with us to ensure the fixtures and switches were in the best places possible for our lifestyle.
We were seriously impressed by our work with you guys so far. We will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for electrical work!
