White Paper BBQ

White Paper is a hidden gem, The portions are plentiful, The folks running the place are super cool,, been there a bunch,, last time I was there, I had a cheesesteak, just to try something different, it was delicious. I got the Silverado combo a few times, the food lasted me for a week. my favorite side is the potato mash with green chilis.

Service was great, very nice staff. The jalapeño elk sausage was awesome the brisket was a little dry, pulled pork was alright, sides were good!

I must say I was blown away by my experience tonight. Not only was the barbecue some of the best I've ever had, the service was absolutely outstanding. Got to speak with the owner and he showed me the smoker. Great margarita and beers! On top of great traditional BBQ, they had so many other great things on the menu. Going to try the smoked prime rib next time. Highly recommended!!!!

This is the best BBQ I’ve had since moving to Northern Colorado six years ago. Nordy’s has decent ribs, not so good other stuff; Les’s BBQ in Wellington has great smoked turkey and brisket—White Paper has it all.

I was in Kansas City two weeks ago and ate at all the top BBQ joints and this place would rank right up there with them. In fact, White Paper had better ribs than a couple of them, and better sauce than half of them.

So I have heard about this place for a while and decided to give it a try. Location is a bit for but worth the drive. Smelled amazing as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Clean and nice facility. We got the 3 meat and 2 side sampler:

Brisket- 9/10
Pulled pork- 9/10
Pork belly- 12/10 (best I’ve ever had)

Green chilli mash-6/10 (would like a bit more spice)
Mac and Cheese- 6/10
Cowboy Beans- 7/10 (unique taste)
Cornbread- 9/10

The homemade pickles were unique and tasted great. I like that they have it all out for you to grab at your convenience.

Overall experience 9/10. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. We will return for sure.
