  We’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels and this is by far with best customer services! The hotel manager, Ashley, is knowledgeable of the area, very helpful and treats everyone like family. We came here on a house hunting trip with a toddler for a week and she offered us a room with bigger closet for storage, extra garage can for diapers and offered my kid peanut butter sandwich in the afternoon when she was playing in the lobby. Also, the cleaning lady, Lulu, is sweet and kind with big smiles. Lulu is fast, good clean and restock everything. The staff at this hotel definitely goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. We’ll define to come back for our next stay in Loveland.
  
  The hotel is new, sparkling clean with a yummy breakfast bar complimentary with the stay.

  This is a brand new hotel just a couple of months old. It has all the amenities you you should expect from Marriott branded hotel. Since it is such a new hotel the manager was around quite a lot. He was very nice and professional and had a lot of personal knowledge of the area.

  This is my second time staying at a SpringHill Suites. Modern, clean and the breakfast is so good in the morning. The staff here were so kind and sweet playing with my 1 year old. Great place to stay.

  Beautifully appointed room. Amazing use of all space in this unique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely suggest giving this place a try!

  I had a family member wanting to stay here in July, and I could not figure out how to access the discount authorization form. Kathi at the front desk of the hotel offered to help me, and stayed on the phone for over 45 minutes walking me through it — she also had a great personality. She truly cares about the guests that stay here. She is a good asset to the Marriott chain! :)
