  Wonderful staff that seem to love the animals and their jobs. They did everything they could do to care for our small dog within the limited budget I had to work with. I am very happy to know there is a second emergency veterinarian office full of good people not far from my home that I can use if needed.

  I had a great experience during a recent emergency visit with my dog. The staff were wonderful, they got us right in. They explained everything in detail and I was giving a cost estimate up front, which turned out to be more than I was actually charged. My pet received wonderful care. Will definitely use them again if we have another pet emergency.
  
  My only concern was my dogs steroid prescription. The bottle said "take once a day until directed otherwise" but had no refills allotted. The vet during the visit didn't mention anything about how long or how to wean him off the steroids, so I called to get directions. I needed another refill to wean him off, which was fine, but if I hadn't had experience with steroids, I wouldn't have known about the need to wean him off and once he finished the first bottle, would've assumed he was done with the medicine. Aside from that, everything was great.

  The best experience in our recent memory of caring and well trained dog vets. Dr. Brownlee is the most competent and caring vet that we have ever experienced and the entire staff is top drawer. I’d recommend them as a fist choice for anyone looking for the best vet hospital and staff in the Fort Collins area.

  Had two separate (General practice) Vets recommend Royal Vista when my dog needed surgery for an obstruction and I cannot recommend them enough having used them now. The price of the surgery very late at night was not really higher than either of the two previous non emergency vets. They were very accommodating and obviously extremely competent. They saved my dogs life and now I have more time with my best friend. There are no words that can fully express my appreciation for them.

  My cat was acting weird and starting to urinate blood, I called Royal Vista immediately and the front desk gal was AMAZING! (I am so bad with names, I’m sorry!) but she was so sweet and helpful, she took my initial information over the phone, so that when I arrived they could just take my cat immediately to be seen. Upon arrival, they took my cat back and updated me as they found things out! Everyone who worked there was amazing and so helpful! They did what needed to be done and I didn’t at all feel like they did unnecessary treatment or labs to make extra $. I was so worried that going to an ER clinic I was going to be spending TONS of money but I felt they were super honest and cared about doing what was necessary for my cat and not putting him under extra stress to do extra things that weren’t necessary. They figured out what was happening very quickly and had a game plan right away. Being updated and explained to what was happening gave me a huge sense of relief as I was EXTREMELY worried about my little guy. I was super impressed and I think they are very organized and have a great team! I feel super comfortable if I ever need to return again and will definitely recommend them!! They were all VERY PROFESSIONAL!
