“My sister and brother-in-law referred me to E&B for my car care. As a transplant, I needed to find a reputable business. I had used my dealership for routine maintenance for the past 20 years. When I called, the phone was answered promptly and professionally. My appointment was easily scheduled to accommodate my work schedule. Within moments of my arrival, my car was in the bay and a few items were brought to my attention that needed to be replaced (I was fully expecting that prior to my visit). I sat in the clean and nicely furnished "waiting area" inside until I realized I really would enjoy being outside on that lovely winter day. Again, seats were available and I relaxed there until my car was ready. The bill was about what I expected, the car was as clean as when I brought it in and I was done within an hour. Having grown up in a family that owned service stations, I knew what to expect and my expectations are pretty high. I would consider this to be above average to superior car care. Their customer service was fabulous. Once again I need to thank my sister and her family for a great referral!”
