I absolutely love the haircut she gave me. The cut angled so beautifully to my face, and the highlight coloring and positioning worked perfectly for my hair coloring. This is easily the best haircut I've ever had. Love it! Her warm demeanor was also a plus. I felt very welcome in her shop like visiting a friend. “I like shopping at this location. It's not perfect, they are understaffed and it shows, but the staff they do have are friendly and they almost always have what I need! That said, the coupon system is frustrating. They have additional coupons locked behind the app (which is fine, I have the app), but using your own Internet in the store is next to impossible and they don't offer Internet to their guests. As they do not honor those coupons without being clipped in the app, I have to either go without the savings or go back for my groceries after I've left to access Internet elsewhere. In this economy, my shopping is driven by low costs/savings and healthy options - if I find that combo elsewhere that's easier to utilize, and KS current system remains the same, I will probably shop there instead.”

“Russell listened to my wants for our basement finishing project and provided a proposal that he explained and walked me through. He collaborated with me to make some changes before we agreed on a plan. His staff was timely and knowledgeable. We had some challenges with Comcast, but were able to resolve those (just took some additional time). We ended up getting a sub-woofer that was not compatible with our sound bar, but the team was able to resolve this and order a replacement (again, just took some additional time). Brendan did a great job explaining how to use our system. Now that the system is completely in place, we are delighted with our new entertainment system!
