He was actively engaging my child, asking about her symptoms. He didn't waste time with unnecessary diagnostic testing when it wasn't required, saving me money. He recommended various treatment options and explained the benefits of each option. Not that we want to have to return to the clinic anytime soon, but we will certainly be coming back when necessary!
