“My experience was mixed but overall good. Originally I rated it a 3/5 but that was just because of the haircut. I give the facility and its staff a 5 star review because the stylist tried really hard to keep my little one happy and did a decent job of cutting his hair. It was NOT her fault. He was a pill. He was squirming and screaming, and it was really labor intensive for both she and I. The hair cut was okay, but given the circumstances I think they did wonderfully and my son cheered up and was as happy as could be once he was given a balloon afterwards. My advice, if your kiddo likes balloons go ahead and give him one during the haircut.”
