Any issues (of which there were not many--only one when we forgot our code) were dealt with promptly. If we ever need to rent a storage unit again, we will be sure to rent from this facility.

Heather went the extra mile making sure we were taking care of. I would suggest this facility to anyone in the area to store their valuables. -

The policies were disclosed in full before our term started. Payment was easy and access during and after the initial setup was a breeze. Communications for the facility were sent by text and email so we had a good idea of anything occurring at the location. Would rent from here again.

Payment is easy and overall the whole experience is user friendly. The manager is off site but manages the property well. Very professional and great communication.
