  This BBQ is FANTASTIC! This guy really knows what he's doing and it's also great with customers! I'm going to get food here every time I'm in Colorado!

  Great BBQ! The chicken and pulled pork were delicious. Open fire pits during the winter make this local eatery a must stop! The best food I have had outside of Denver! Bryan and Tim do a great job!

  Omg y’all!!! Amazing! Try the Coleslaw! Both of them. My hubs not a coleslaw fan and loved it!

  My husband, myself and our son went there for lunch today 11/6/21. That place is THE BEST BBQ I've ever had! We enjoyed it tremendously! Tim, the owner was so kind and is an amazing pit-master. We had pulled pork, brisket sandwiches and a 1/2 chicken, a sausage link and a chicken leg, potato salad and baked beans! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

  I just tried the Smiling Pig in Bailey (a Trailer next to Chimney Doctor) I have tried every barbecue place up here from Grant to Golden and not only is this the best barbecue up here by light-years it might be the best barbecue I’ve had since the year I lived in Kansas City in the 90s. The owner Tim is a true pit master. Unfortunately at this point they just open Saturdays and Sundays but it is definitely worth trying.
