This is a beautiful trail! I recommend arriving early, like 6am for parking. By 10am parking is just impossible. The trail itself is a less popular trail but there is one right across from it, Abyss, that is extremely popular. Most of the people you will see are there for that trail. The trail is marked very well and has beautiful sights. Dog friendly.
Would have been fine stars if there was a bathroom
Great hike with a lot of hungry mosquitoes. Make sure to bring repellant. The views are wonderful.
Great hiking for all seasons. Trail head serves two destinations, Burning Bear Peak and Abyss Lake.
Pretty and not too crowded. Nice and easy for the first stretch, perfect for older hikers and/or young kids.
