Had a terrible day with my car (mechanically totaled) and I just voiced that to him, and he did everything in his power to cheer my wife and I up. It was a tough day and for the first time for the day we walked out with a smile. He was knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and allowed me to make my decisions with his expert input. It was a great experience. I was skeptical of the t-mobile and sprint merge. And Calvin was the ONLY person in the company to relieve that skepticism. Great guy. Great employee. Amazing experience

I came in late last week looking to upgrade my phone. The case I wanted wasn't in-stock and Chris offered to get everything I wanted (phone, case, screen protector) to the store before the next time I came back. He told me he'd have everything there by Wednesday.
I came back Wednesday and everything was there and ready for me to do a quick upgrade.
Super accommodating, professional, above-and-beyond! -

(October 8, 2020, 3:19 pm)I have always had great customer service at this location. We upgraded from Galaxy S8's to the S20FE last weekend and Alex was especially helpful. He was very knowledgeable about products and services and he was patient in helping us ensure that all of our data was properly transferred. He answered all of our questions and we even got a free LG tablet out of the deal! I would recommend this location over any others. Go to Alex because he is awesome!
